Shipping Information:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that some products cannot (due to international laws or patent protections) be shipped to international destinations and we will indicate as such in the product description.
Calculating Cost:
Shipping costs depends on the weight of the order, shipping method selected, shipping origin and shipping destination. This will be calculated when you checkout your shopping cart. Because we support many different manufactures, the shipping origin may differ from product to product.
Delivery Time:
The shipping time varies depending on the shipping method chosen. The shipping methods available depends on the products purchased, availability of the products at the respective warehouses and shipping destination. The website will automatically determine the shipping methods available based on the various factors and present them accordingly in the Shipping section of the checkout process.
Returns and Exchanges
When you buy a product from us, we want to make sure that it is functional and free of manufacturing defects. Any product that is delivered to you defective will be replaced at no cost to you. We support many manufactures on our site and so we need to handle things on a case by case basis. Most of our products come with full manufacture warranty. For these cases you are free to contact the manufacture directly
Product that have been used, either worn or taken into the water are not edible for return.
If you have purchased a non-defective, functionally sound product and want to return it, you will need to contact support@waterSportsBlast.com for a return authorization within 5 days of delivery. Postage costs are not refundable and there will be a 25% restocking for all returned products. Our support staff will email you specific instructions on how to proceed along with the return authorization code.
